- Back and side splash guards fully welded to griddle.
- Adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs.
- Easy-to-remove 4 1/2 quart grease drawer with drain hole.
Recommendations
- 3/4" NPT rear gas connections. Gas supply pressure not to exceed 14" (1/2 PSI).
- If connecting to direct gas tank, a 3 KG reducer is recommended.
- If it is connection to switchboard it is recommended to use stopcock + 3 KG reducer.
- They must be connected with a Liquefied Gas hose, it must not be longer than 3 meters.
- An adequate ventilation system is recommended for commercial cooking equipment.
- For safety and protection, it is recommended to close the gas passages once the working period is over.
